January-March 2021 Quarterly Report

The Aircraft Noise Ombudsman (ANO) carried forward 114 complaints from the previous quarter. During this quarter, the ANO received 248 new complaints, closed 100 complaints, and therefore, carries forward 262 complaints to April 2021.

October-December 2020 Quarterly Report

The Aircraft Noise Ombudsman (ANO) carried forward 36 complaints from the previous quarter. During this quarter, the ANO received 151 new complaints, closed 73 complaints, and therefore, carries forward 114 complaints to January 2021.

July-September 2020 Quarterly Report

The ANO carried forward 35 complaints from the previous quarter. During this quarter, the ANO received 71 new complaints and closed 70 complaints and therefore, carries forward 36 complaints to the next quarter.
