Alongside our active monitoring of some bold noise improvement initiatives by Airservices Australia (Airservices), the 2014-15 period involved an expansion of our Charter. The Aircraft Noise Ombudsman (ANO) role now encompasses the management of military aircraft noise by the Department of Defence (Defence).
