ANO Annual Report 2018-2019

The 2018-19 financial year has been both rewarding and challenging with a considerable increase in complaints as well as a continuation of longer-term projects.

From the start of April to the end of June 2018, the ANO received a total of 29 complaints, including two about Defence’s management of aircraft noise issues. Attachment 1 provides detailed complaint statistics for the quarter.
